GOT A MATCH? The irrepressible Jason Binn — publisher of Gotham, Hamptons and a slew of other glossy magazines — apparently has ambitions to be a big-deal love connector. At Gotham's party at the Maritime Hotel for the Rangers hockey team the other night, Binn gave some unwanted help to publishing heiress Moira Forbes, the 26-year-old associate publisher of Forbes FYI and the daughter of former Republican presidential candidate Steve Forbes. Binn took the mic and addressed the crowd of 600: "She's going to kill me, but I'm standing next to Moira Forbes. Does everyone read Forbes magazine here? Come on, you're all smart. She's single. Every guy should know, she's sin-gle." Forbes blushed prettily but bit her tongue, and later politely declined Binn's offer of a ride home.
