Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, formerly director of special events at Vogue, has been named director of Fashion Week for Lincoln Center.
Susan Plagemann, formerly publisher of Marie Claire, has been named publisher at Vogue.
Elissa Lumley, formerly PR director on the business side at Vogue, has been named director of communications for W and Architectural Digest.
Kyle Pope, formerly a deputy editor at Condé Nast Portfolio, has been named editor-in-chief of The New York Observer.
