One half of the most private couple in showbiz has made a surprise admission to the media – yep, Jay Z wants babies, and soon! Beyonce’s notoriously tight-lipped hubby reportedly spilled the baby beans to Gotham Magazine, admitting that making a ‘mini-mogul’ is on the couple’s to-do list. America's New York Daily News website reports: "While chatting up Gotham magazine editor… the rapper let it slip that procreating is high on the duo's priority list right now." Jay may have is work cut out convincing the workaholic wifey, who admitted on The View earlier this year that while the pitter patter of little feet would come along one day, she was in no hurry after seeing sister Solange in the delivery room. “I definitely want one, but I’m not ready for all of that,” she said then. “I don’t think a person should see that before her time. It was a little much. But I’m so in love with my nephew, and every time I see him I’m like, God, he’s just amazing.” The loved-up couple, who secretly wed on a Tribeca rooftop in April last year and rarely wear their wedding rings out in public, have been putting on an uncharacteristic show of PDAs of late. Backstage at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Berlin last Thursday they happily canoodled and cuddled for the cameras and when B got up to the podium to accept her award for Best Video she dedicated the win to hubby. “There is only one person I want to thank, and that is Jay for putting a ring on it.” Awww. And judging by the tell-tale signs of red lippy on Jay’s neck, Bey thanked him good.
