Gotham Magazine Celebrates the Launch of the Elementum Watch Collecton
Gotham Magazine threw an intimate fete hosted by New York Knicks’ player Chris Duhon on Wednesday night (July 8th) at The Setai-New York. The event was thrown to celebrate the launch of the New Elementum Watch Collection by SUUNTO. Former NBA star John Starks (One of the most popular, tenacious and electrifying players in Knicks history!!) was in attendance to enjoy treats provided by famed chef Shaun Hergatt. The food was tiny (possibly required a microscope) but unbelievably delicious! If you didn’t come for the food, you may have wanted to try the best drink on the planet… “Strawberry Fields Martini”. Made from fresh strawberries and possibly sent down from the heavens!
The space was small and located in the Setai, an stunning private residence located on 40 Broad street. The building is complete with a spa, fitness center, 4 star restaurant (with room service), rooftop with a fire pit, studios will cost you around $1 million dollars! Whew! for now we will just stick to partying there.
The Elementum collection consists of three watches, Elementum Aqua, Elementum Terra and Elementum Ventus, specifically designed for Diving, Mountaineering and Sailing. Perhaps it would be a nice gift for that special guy in your life?
