The Funny Side of MARISKA HARGITAY
Mariska Hargitay may play a tough sex-crimes detective on NBC’s “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” but in real life the award winning actress is a really good sport.
A source tells Star, “While Hargitay was on the red carpet at New York’s Four Seasons to celebrate her debut as Gotham magazine’s cover girl, the photographers covering the event kept screaming "Maris-ska" to get her attention. “What they failed to realize,” a source tells Star, “they kept mispronouncing her name.After a minute Hargitay finally corrected them by saying "It's MariSH-ka!"
